Once an address is added to the blacklist, the USDT or USDC held in that wallet can no longer be transferred out, and the holder cannot access the funds even if they possess the private key.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f0e990 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f0e990\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For the average user, this means:<strong>Stablecoins are not like Bitcoin, where \u201cas long as you have the private key, no one can touch it.\u201d<\/strong>. Before buying cryptocurrency, check whether the platform is licensed in your jurisdiction.<\/li><li><strong>Records of Large Transactions<\/strong>: When conducting OTC or P2P transactions, keep records of the other party\u2019s identity, conversations, and transfer history. Tron is a network frequently used by many people to receive and send USDT via OTC transactions, which is why we recommended checking the address in the previous section.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83e6d50 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"83e6d50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">USDC: Blacklisted addresses cannot send or receive funds<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-241aefd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"241aefd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Circle\u2019s USDC contract includes a \u201cBlacklister\u201d role.
