Accessing the FTX Claims Website

After accessing the Claims website, the userIn the "Select Platform" section, select the platform you have used, Hong Kong and Taiwan users usually choose
"FTX .com".
STEP 1: Activate Account Holder Authentication
After selecting the platform, users can log in directly with their previous FTX account, which will include either 2FA authentication or mailbox verification.
STEP 2: Verify the identity of the original FTX account holder
Click on "Confirm Email" and check the corresponding mailbox. Note that you will receive an email from "support@ftx. com", and click on the "Confirm your email" button in the email to continue.
STEP 3: KYC Identity Verification
Click "Begin KYC Process" to jump to the third-party verification website, which is almost always in English and requires you to enter personal information about yourself. The verification process is as follows:
- Select Nationality and Occupation
- Then, you can upload your identification documents (either passport or ID card).
- Turn on your computer's camera and take a selfie!
The last step is to upload the address proof which can be done using the following documents:
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bills
- Internet, Cable TV, Home Phone Bills
- Tax certificates
- Proof of residence issued by the government

STEP 4:View Account Balance
Users can view account balance, various records and position information. This step does not require any action and is mainly for the user to understand the account details.
STEP 5:Submit an electronic proof of claim
Clicking on "Submit Proof of Claim" will take you to the website of Kroll, the claims organization below.
If you have not submitted a proof of claim, the form on this page will only display "No form data was found", so click here."View Scheduled Claim"to review your claim form.

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a PDF file of your claim in your email inbox, along with confirmation ID information from noreply.efiling@ra.kroll.com, and then you can continue to wait for updates.
